Questions marina owners ask

What is Bollard Marina?

Bollard Marina is flat-fee marina management software made by Hive Asset Group, LLC. It runs slips, seasonal contracts, transient requests, the waitlist and boater payments for independent marinas, dry stack yards, yacht clubs and municipal harbors.

How much does Bollard cost?

Harbor is $249 a month, or $199 a month billed yearly ($2,388 a year), for one marina. Fleet is $449 a month, or $379 a month billed yearly ($4,548 a year), for up to 3 harbors under one account. Slips, users and boaters are unlimited and every module is included. Extra harbors beyond 3 are $99 a month each.

What does Bollard charge on boater payments?

0.3% on card payments and 0.8% on ACH, capped at $5. Your boaters never pay a fee. Boaters pay $0 in fees to Bollard, ever. The fee is shown on every transaction.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is required to sign up. You can add a card on file at any time, and it is charged when the trial ends. There is no setup fee and no contract.

Can you move my data from Dockwa or Storable Marine?

Yes. Bollard imports boaters, vessels, slips and contracts from Dockwa and Storable Marine exports, with a dry run preview before anything is saved. Done-for-you migration is included on annual plans and is $499 one-time on monthly plans.

Will my price go up?

Not for 3 years. The plan price at signup is written into your account record and shown on every invoice, so it is locked for 3 years.

Who is Bollard built for?

Independent marinas with 100 to 500 slips, dry stack yards, yacht clubs and municipal harbors. It does not include point of sale, a fuel dock, ship store inventory or boatyard work orders in version one.
