Do boaters need an account to sign?
Boaters sign from a link in a text or email and see the contract in their portal afterward. They do not pay anything to sign.
Is e-signature really unlimited?
Yes. Bollard Sign is included on both plans with no per-signature or per-envelope charge.
Can I use my own contract wording?
Yes. Templates carry your terms. Bollard does not give legal advice, so have your counsel review your wording.
