About Bollard Marina

What Bollard is

Bollard runs the daily work of a marina: slips, seasonal contracts, transient requests, the waitlist and boater payments. It includes a slip map, e-signature, a boater portal, billing with autopay and late fees, reports and a QuickBooks Online sync. Every module is in the one plan.

Who it is for

Independent marinas with 100 to 500 slips, dry stack yards, yacht clubs and municipal harbors. If you run a large chain of marinas and need custom enterprise integrations, Bollard is probably not the right fit, and we would rather say so now.

How we price it

• One flat price. Harbor is $249 a month, or $199 a month billed yearly. Fleet is $449 a month, or $379 a month billed yearly. Slips, users and boaters are unlimited. See pricing.
• No fees to boaters. Boaters pay nothing extra to book, sign or pay. The marina pays a small processing fee, shown on every transaction.
• A 3-year price lock. The price you sign up at is written into your account and shown on every invoice. Read the price lock.
• No contract. A 14-day free trial with no card, no setup fee, and you can cancel and export your data any time.

Founder owned

Bollard is owned by its founder, a former law enforcement officer. It is not owned by private equity. That is why the price lock can be a promise rather than a marketing line.

What is not in version one

Bollard does not do point of sale, a fuel dock, ship store inventory or boatyard work orders in this version. If you run those today, keep the system you use for them. Bollard is built to sit beside it, and we would rather tell you now than have you find out after you sign.
