Get your data out of Dockwa

Sign in to your Dockwa marina dashboard and open Reports, at the bottom of the menu. Source: Dockwa financial reporting guide

Choose the Reservations Report, set the date range to cover your current and past seasons, and export it. Source: Dockwa financial reporting guide

Export the Invoices Report and the Transactions Report for the same range if you want your payment history in Bollard. Source: Dockwa financial reporting guide

Add your boater, vessel and slip lists from Dockwa if you keep them there. Any CSV works: the Bollard importer maps the columns for you.

Upload the files to Bollard, review the preview of every row, then commit. Nothing is saved until you do.
Dockwa does not publish a single "export everything" button that we can point to, so the steps above use the reports it documents. If a list is missing, ask Dockwa support for it, or send it to us and we will map it.

Do I lose my boaters or contracts when I switch?
No. Boaters, vessels, slips and contracts import together, and the slip map fills as soon as the import is committed.
Can I keep Dockwa running while I try Bollard?
Yes. The trial is 14 days with no card, and your Dockwa account is not touched by an import. Cancel Dockwa only when you are ready.
