1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as session storage, work the same way for this notice.
2. What this website uses
- Essential storage: when you sign in to the Bollard app, session cookies keep you signed in and keep your account secure. These are required for the app to work.
- Our own measurement: we count page views and button clicks with a first-party method. It keeps a random id in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, and one first-party cookie that records the campaign tags, referring host and first page path of your first visit so we can tell which source led to a signup. The cookie lasts 90 days, holds no personal information and is shared across the Bollard website and app. It is off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. We do not store your IP address or user agent with it.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use third-party analytics, and we do not sell your information.
3. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the Bollard app may not work without its essential cookies. You can also turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, and our measurement will stay off.
4. More information
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information, including what our own website measurement records. Questions: support@bollardmarina.com.
