Transient booking: common questions
Do boaters pay a booking fee?
No. Boaters pay your rate and nothing to Bollard. The marina pays the platform fee: 0.3% on card payments and 0.8% on ACH, capped at $5.
Can I limit which slips are bookable?
Yes. You choose which slips and dates are open to transient guests, and sublets only appear for the dates the seasonal boater approves.
Does it work with my existing website?
Yes. Link to your Bollard booking page or embed the widget on any page.
