How we calculated this
- Bollard: yearly Harbor price plus the platform fee: 0.3% on card, 0.8% on ACH capped at $5 per payment. Seasonal revenue arrives in payments of $1,600 and transient revenue in stays of $180.
- Dockwa: the module list prices you tick, billed annually, plus any payment fee you enter, from Dockwa’s pricing page. Their payment fees and any boater fees are not on that page, so they are counted only if you enter a rate. The page says boaters pay nothing to book.
- Storable Marine: $299 a month for up to 100 slips plus payments starting at 0.35% of all revenue, from its public listing. A larger marina is quoted by Storable, so treat this as a floor.
- Card processing charged by Stripe or any other processor applies on every platform and is left out of all three.

How much does Bollard cost?
Harbor is $249 a month, or $199 a month billed yearly ($2,388 a year), for one marina. Fleet is $449 a month, or $379 a month billed yearly ($4,548 a year), for up to 3 harbors under one account. Each harbor beyond 3 is $99 a month. The first 14 days are free, with no card.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day free trial with no card, then the public price for the plan you pick. Every marina pays the same price for the same plan.
What is the payment fee and who pays it?
0.3% on card payments and 0.8% on ACH, capped at $5. Your boaters never pay a fee. The marina pays it. On a $4,800 seasonal contract paid by ACH, the fee is $5.00, not $38.40. Boaters pay $0 in fees. Optional instant payout to your bank is 1% of the payout and is off by default.
Are there contracts, setup fees or per-module charges?
There is no contract, no setup fee and no charge per slip, user or module. Bollard Sign for e-signature is unlimited and included. Text messages are 500 a month included, then $0.02 per message.
Does the price go up?
Not for 3 years. This is the price lock: the plan price at signup is written into your account record and shown on every invoice.
What does migration cost?
Done-for-you migration is included on annual plans and is $499 one-time on monthly plans. You can also import your own Dockwa or Storable Marine export yourself with the importer.
How does Bollard compare to Dockwa and Storable Marine?
Dockwa sells per module: Transient $169, Spaces $180, Captains and Contracts $180, POS $249 and Fuel $199 a month, plus add-ons. Storable Marine (Molo) is listed at $299 a month for up to 100 slips, with payments starting at 0.35%. Bollard is one price with every module, unlimited slips and no fees to boaters.
